RETURNS

 

Refund Method:
All returns are refunded as RBR store credit, sent by email once processed.

Item Condition:
Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging. No stains, perfume, deodorant marks, makeup, or pet hair. UPC tags/packaging must be included.

What’s Not Returnable:
No credit for Final Sale items or anything returned in used or damaged condition.

Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Return labels are not provided.

Return Adjustments:
We may adjust or deny returns if items don’t meet our return standards.

Important:
Be sure to include your packing slip in the return package.

 

Returns for Klarna Purchases:

If you used Klarna to complete your purchase, you may return your items within 14 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method. All returned items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. No restocking fees apply.
