Orders
When will my order ship?
Orders are prepared within 1-3 business days before heading out for delivery.
Once processed, delivery takes approximately 3-5 business days.
Please note: Business days are Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM EST, and do not include weekends or holidays.
My order was sent back to the sender.
If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we’ll contact you right away to confirm the correct details.
Once updated, you’ll receive an email with a reshipment fee invoice.
If we don’t hear back within 3 business days, a RBR gift card will be issued for the order amount, minus a 20% restocking fee.
How do I take care of my Jewelry?
To keep your Rued But Rich pieces looking their best, treat them gently. Avoid wearing your jewelry while sleeping, bathing, swimming, working out, or applying products like lotion, oils, hairspray, or perfumes.
Can I update or cancel my order?
You have up to 24 hours after placing your order to request a change or cancellation. Please note, order changes are subject to availability and aren’t guaranteed. Once a tracking number has been created, the order is finalized

What is your return policy?
We accept returns for Rued But Rich (RBR) store credit only, which will be sent to you via email.
Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. Products should be free of any signs of wear, including stains, deodorant marks, perfume scents, makeup, or pet hair.
Exchanges are not offered at this time.
How long will it take to process my refund for a return?
Once your return is received, please allow 7–10 business days for processing. You’ll get a confirmation email once it’s complete. Processing may take longer during holidays or peak times.

Click the profile icon in the store menu or visit our Returns or Refund Policy page to start your return.

Enter your email and click Continue.
Check your email for a six-digit code, then enter it to access your orders.

Find your order and click Request Return.
Select the items you want to send back if your order has more than one.
